Europe hotel's aesthetics, located in front of the souvenir garden is magnified by his mouldings as an unifier element.
The hotel has been builded in 1973 by Maxime Serrado, an architect from the Hérault.
On the main frontage, a skilled game on the mouldings ensures different floor height. Jean Balladur, architect in chief in charge with the construction of the city La Grande-Motte, calls it the "pierced mouldings".
The shapes open up a perfect cercle on the transitional floor and a semi-circle open up on the top of the last floor. It simply is a concrete shapes game casted stapled on the frontage. On the ground floor, the mouldings form a semi-circle open up on the bottom. Made up of keys system which remind of a nice walk under the arcade's shade.

On the main frontage, a skilled game on the mouldings ensures different floor height. Jean Balladur, architect in chief in charge with the construction of the city La Grande-Motte, calls it the "pierced mouldings".
It simply is a concrete game casted stapled on the frontage.
The first floor of the main building is made up of the second floor of the East building which is the grating shaped by the mouldings. The floors of the latter are in line with the last building, this one can do without mouldings in order to illuminate the restaurant and without the cohesion being affected. The attic in the second floor is made up of a suite. Potential for a terrace. The mouldings shapes perfectly open up on the transitional floor, a semi-circle open up to the top on the last floor.
On the ground floor, the mouldings form a semi-circle open up on the bottom. Made up of keys system which remind of a nice walk under the arcade's shade. On the top floors, the mouldings enclosed the loggias in order to avoid gazes from the pool and to assure privacy.
The difference between the floors are nicely hiden on the South frontage by the typical Grande-Motte aesthetics mouldings. The North frontage is more refine. The simple patterns in line with the trumeau remind the circle game on the front frontage as well as the stump hat keeps the same code.
