Dégradations et nuisances

L'établissement est entièrement non-fumeur.

Le client doit user de la chose louée en bon père de famille.

Les chambres mises à la disposition des clients sont vérifiées, fonctionnelles et en bon état. Nos clients sont invités à signaler immédiatement à la réception de l'hôtel tout manquement.

En cas de problème, le client devra engager sa responsabilité civile. En cas de dégradation, l'hôtel se réserve le droit de facturer au client le coût de réparation ou de remplacement. Il en est de même pour toute infraction constatée après le départ du client, le montant des compensations sera débité sur la carte du client.

L'hôtel peut exiger un forfait de ménage si la chambre est laissée dans un état qui sera jugé non convenable.

Toutes nos chambres sont non fumeurs. L'hôtel se réserve le droit de réclamer la somme de 50€ pour des frais de nettoyage supplémentaires au client qui fume dans les chambres. Ce montant sera prélevé sur l'empreinte bancaire fournie à la réservation. L'hôtel n'aura aucune obligation quant à prévenir le client mais peut lui fournir une facture sur demande.

Le tapage même diurne est interdit. Dans l'intérêt de la tranquillité de l'établissement , tout bruit doit cesser entre 22h00 et 8h00. Le client causant du désordre ou du scandale sous quelque forme que ce soit sera invité à quitter l'hôtel immédiatement et sans remboursement.

Tous tapages inappropriés seront signalés à la police le cas échéant.

Deposits :

Reservations shall be considered firm and definitive as soon as your written confirmation, together with your attached deposit, is received.

Deposit amount to be paid for a reserved room :
• For a stay not exceeding 2 nights: 50% of the total price of the accommodation ;
• For stay of 3 days and more: 30% of the total price of the accommodation.

This deposit will be deducted at the end of the stay if the latter has been fully respected.
Deposits can be settled by cheque or credit card.

In the event that no security was given (cheque or credit card) the reservation will not be taken into account.

Cancellation of stay

Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing (letter, email or fax); the date of receipt of the written document determines the date of cancellation.

For any cancellation occurring more than 3 days before the planned arrival date, the total amount of the deposit will be refunded.

For any cancellation occurring 3 days before the planned arrival date or less than 3 days before, the total deposit will be kept as compensation.

Early departure / Late arrival :
For any reduced stay or any late arrival notified less than 3 days before the start of the initially planned stay, an overnight charge per reserved room will be invoiced as compensation additional to the accomplished part of the stay.

Non-attendance :
In cases of non-attendance at the hotel on the planned date of arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be kept and the entire stay automatically cancelled at noon the day following the planned arrival date.

Arrival and departure

Arrival : 3 pm
We will do all in our power to make sure your room will be ready as soon as possible and at the latest by 3 pm.
For any arrival after 6 pm, we would ask you to immediately advise us, without fail.

Departure : 11 am
On the day of your departure, rooms must be vacated by 11 am, at the latest.
A luggage room is available to store your suitcases.
Any late departure, in absence of a prior agreement, will be invoiced at half the price of an overnight stay.

Non-notified consumption of items

The corresponding price of any non-notified consumption (bar, telephone, breakfast, etc.) shall be deducted from your credit card, the bank details of which have been given as security.

Accepted methods of payment

Blue Card, Visa Card, Eurocard, MasterCard, American Express, Chèque – Vacances (French holiday voucher).
The hotel does not offer a currency exchange service.
