* All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with bedding 160cm or 90cm
with minibar, safe, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi (free), LCD TV, Satellite TV.
Tribord rooms have a small sitting area or balcony.

Rates per room per day

Buffet breakfast served in the dining room: €11 per person.
Continental breakfast served in your room: €13 per person.
Local tax: €1.10 per person per day
Extra bed: €20 per day
Secure parking: €10 per day
No pets.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Amount of deposit to remit per room booked:
*for stays not exceeding 2 nights:
50% of the total amount of stay;
*for stays not exceeding 3 nights:
30% of the total amount of stay.

Deposits will be deducted from your bill at the end of your stay provided you have completed your full stay.

Deposits may be remitted by cheque or bank/credit card.

If you wish to pay the deposit by bank/credit card, we request that you kindly fill in the debit authorisation form and return it to us with your signature giving us authorisation
to charge your card for the amount of deposit required.

Cancellation of stay: All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (mail, e-mail, fax); the date of receipt of the written document will establish the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation more than 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, the total amount of the deposit will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation 7 days or less prior to the scheduled date of arrival, the total amount of the deposit will be retained as a penalty fee.

For any shortened stay or deferred arrivals for which notice has been given less than 7 days prior to the initially-scheduled start of the stay, the amount of one night’s rate per room booked will be charged as a penalty fee in addition to the part of the stay actually completed.

No show:
In the event of no show at the hotel on the scheduled date of arrival, the deposit will be retained in full and the entire stay will be automatically cancelled at midday on the day following the scheduled date of arrival.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 3.00 p.m.
We will make every effort to ensure that your room is ready as soon as possible and no later than 3.00 p.m.
All bookings are held until 6.00 p.m. For check-ins after 6 p.m., advance notice is imperative.
Check-out: 11.00 a.m.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated no later than 11.00 a.m.
Luggage storage room available.
Any late check-outs without prior agreement will be charged at 50% of the rate of a night’s stay.

UNREPORTED DRINKS
AND SERVICES: unreported drinks and services (bar, telephone, breakfast...) will be charged to the credit card given as security.
